Do you have the personality, skill and speed to work for our client’s restaurant as their new Deputy Head of Service? Ideally you would be from a Front of House background and will complement the skill set of the current leadership, challenging them to do even better because every good leader, needs a second in command. If you have a talent with people and also some good organisation and computer skills, this could your big chance to break into management!
Candidate Requirements:
Quick thinking
IT literate and not afraid to sit behind a computer for some part of their shift
Keen eye for service detail
Great telephone manners
A true love of good Polish food and drink
Great sense of humour
Very highest standard of customer service in a fast-casual dining environment
They pay up to £9.00 per hour, offer free staff meals when on duty, generous ‘friends and family’ discounts when off the clock, the opportunity to live in Zone 1, (right above the restaurant!!), and eventually profit sharing for long-term team members.
They will call any applicants that have a great CV and make an effort with a short application letter, and will interview all of those who have a great telephone manner and demonstrate a sense of confidence and professionalism. Any applicants successful at the interview will be asked to work a single 3 hour unpaid trial shift to demonstrate their basic abilities and personality in this unique and exciting environment. After that, it is fully paid training.
