We have a variety of work schedule options to include a mix of weekday full time / part time in office hours and home working weekday evening and weekends.
This role would be an ideal fit for a post graduate student or other individual with a need for a working schedule able to accommodate study or other in week commitments.
The Role
As an Account Coordinator you will play a key role in the day to day running of all aspects of Central Recruitment’s shift management business, including: coordinating a number of staffing rotas, responding to emergency and short term staff cover, participating in an out of hours service, building relationships with our customers and workforce and business development.
You must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to autonomously manage your workload. Paramount to this position is the ability to receive and record information, accurately input some of the received information into our systems and professionally, succinctly and clearly communicate essential information to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop professional working relationships with customers, workers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate a number of staffing rotas provided to different social care environments within the specific terms of service level agreements
- Receive, record, and match appropriate workers to ad hoc staffing requests
- Contribute to the company’s expansion by providing an excellent level of service to our clients and candidates
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Recruitment or administration experience within a fast paced office environment
- Strong communicator – verbal and written with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills including experience with databases and the office suite
- Ability to think on your feet, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Developed interpersonal skills with the ability to forge lasting relationships
- Natural forward planner
