The Trainee Teacher Role
In this exciting Trainee Teacher position, you will firstly be assisting teachers in and out of class across the entire Key Stage 2 phase, learning about how a classroom environment works and picking up various skills prior to taking the lead in certain classes! Lead small groups and 1:1 sessions as you start to implement your new found skills, and ultimately blossom in to a strong Trainee Teacher who can confidently lead a class through a specific subject or lesson! Manage your educational development by immersing yourself in the excellent teacher training, and then delivering that training in a fun and interactive way! You will be able to utilise the likes of interactive whiteboards, and will be expected to support the teaching and learning of the class in a modern, imaginative way! Put that all together and work towards your QTS assessments at the end of the 2-year course, and progress to becoming a qualified Primary Teacher! Sound good…?
