Tearfund has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our newly formed Global Learning & Talent Management Team.

We’re a new team focusing on Learning & Talent Management across Tearfund, and we need someone like you to support us with your strong administrative and communication skills.

The person we’re looking for will have a passion for learning, be proactive, and good at building relationships with different people across the organisation.

Please note this role is part time, 14 hours per week. £24,000 per annum full time equivalent (£9,600 per annum part time).
