We are looking for a professional accountant, with senior level experience within a finance and business planning function to act as the Head of Finance for our complex and large scale development project “Cultural and Education District”. With an in-depth understanding of the objectives and deliverables of the programme the post holder will be expected to provide financial and commercial expertise to operational teams. Your analysis and advice around risk, opportunity, value for money, taxation and statutory reporting will support decision making and this role will be an effective collaborator between operational and finance teams.
To apply for this role you must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to process, analyse and monitor financial data for a range of large scale complex projects. With effective communication skills, you will also be able to present complex information to a range of senior stakeholders, including the LLDC Board in a professional and confident way. It is essential that you are commercially focused and are able to maintain a wider business perspective and have knowledge of taxation around large scale property developments while also being able to focus on more detailed financial aspects.
