SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – RAIL required in Wembley for the Professional Services Division of Bluspec’s growing Recruitment Business to be available to start by August End.

To £50-£60k Basic salary DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

Outstanding Uncapped earning potential – Exec / Negotiable benefits package

Bluspec is recruiting at Consultant Level in their Wembley office, where they have a great office environment, established team, relaxed, professional but a real ‘team orientated’ environment.

• 360 degree full cycle recruitment role / sales / service
• A full recruitment role – focus on account development and new business

THE CANDIDATE:

• Proven consultant with a track record of success in a recruitment environment in the Rail/Construction industry.
• A self motivated individual / capable of team playing / hungry for over achievement
• Capable of winning / servicing / maintaining new business
• An ambitious recruiter looking for a career move

KEY SKILLS:

• Recruitment experience, financial services recruitmennt advantageous
• A passion for the recruitment industry
• The ability to carry out a 360-degree recruitment role
• The desire to work in a structured and driven recruitment environment
