Senior Youth Development Officer - Genesis Housing Association - London NW1

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Youth Development Officer to join the Genesis Connect team.

We are looking for individuals to work with local partners and stakeholders to source employment opportunities for Genesis residents aged between16-25. We are seeking an innovative person to come up with pioneering and exciting ideas to engage and motivate Genesis residents to increase interest into volunteering, employment and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with young people, helping them into employment, training or volunteering/work opportunities. You will need to demonstrate experience of managing case loads of people and appropriately managing their expectations and ensuring that they are given a first rate advisory service.

You will be patient, understanding and above all dedicated to assisting individuals from an array of backgrounds and circumstances.

You will be required to work 0900 – 1700 Monday to Friday.
