DUTIES
Day to day management of IT Services team ensuring the workload is balanced between project work and support work.
? To ensure all live production systems are kept running and perform maintenance tasks as required.
? Maintenance and housekeeping of active directory, group policy, Office 365 and Google Apps
? Ensuring Office 365 with Hybrid Deployment and ADFS (Exchange 2007/2013) environments are running optimally.
? To continually work with the business to improve levels of support to serve the evolving needs of the business.
? To implement new process and policies for continual improvement of service delivery.
? Participate in the on-going development of operational best practices and training for the team.
? Manage support ticket queues to ensure tickets are managed correctly and resolved in a timely manner.
? To work consistently to the highest standards possible.
? To take responsibility for personal development, learning and performance levels.
? This is a regular meeting for middle managers across all functions to share their experiences, solve issues and discuss the health of the day to day business.
