One of our current priority campaigns is for tax justice, which is where your skills come in as Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor. You will be part of the team managing an exciting European Commission funded project mobilising European citizens to place inequality and tax justice at the heart of the European development agenda.
As Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor you will monitor and evaluate the International Tax Justice Campaign Project. This will involve ensuring progress against the four results areas and project indicators is well measured, and that systems and processes for aggregating and reporting on progress are used and understood by all stakeholders and functioning well.
You will strengthen monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools ensuring project outputs and outcomes are tracked and potential gaps are identified and corrected. You will also support partners in their M&E processes and build their capacity as needed to ensure data collected is of high quality. An important part of your remit will be to have active and regular communication with all project Partners and the Global Team and the Steering group providing accurate information on the progress and delivery of project results.
You must have extensive experience of monitoring and evaluating complex cross-country/cross-European projects involving a large number of stakeholders and project partners. You will have provided leadership, support and guidance on monitoring and evaluation to partners as well as possess strong project management skills. You will also have experience designing data collection tools, and analysing large sets of quantitative and qualitative data. Used to reporting to bilateral donors, such as the EC, you will be expert at report writing, data collection and working cross-organisationally.
