Web Development Manager (C#/.NET, MVC, JavaScript, SCRUM)


A brand new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for an experience Web Development Manager / Lead to join a leading and award winning charity based in Vauxhall, Central London. The Web Development Manager will take a position where you will lead the whole digital development function, provide technical decision making and strategy development whilst still being involved in the software development & coding. The charity is at the initial stages of using SCRUM through-out the organisation in which it will be your responsibility to continue this drive through-out the Development team.


The Web Development Manager / Lead will also help to architect and build digital solutions across this charity at a very exciting time of growth. You will be responsible for growing and development the team of 5 where the organisation is really looking to invest in the digital area. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and work for a leading charity. It will be a very flexible environment where you will have the chance to work from home a couple times a week if required.


Skills required for the Web Development Manager / Lead are:


  • Strong technical knowledge in web technologies and .Net (C#/.NET, MVC, JavaScript)

  • A big believer in SCRUM methodologies and want to implement this across an environment

  • Proven management skills

  • Excellent communicator

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + (strong pension & very flexible working / 1-2 days from home)


Location: Vauxhall, Central London
