Established in 1975, Venus Wine and Spirits merchants’ plc is one of the leading family owned independent Drinks companies in the UK. From our extensive warehouses in London and Leeds, Venus supplies more than 5,000 different brands to our impressive client base of exclusive Restaurants, Bars, Clubs and Hotels. We also supply private wine cellars, and organisers of concerts and special events.

The Role:

We’re looking for experience of working in similar roles where you have also delivered high levels of customer service. You will be both flexible and adaptable in your approach so that operational and logistical changes do not affect our service delivery. Your strong customer-facing skills mean that our customer relationships are developed and maximised.

The Ideal Candidate:

As part of our team you will be responsible for assisting our drivers in delivering our customers’ orders in a timely and professional manner.

As the customer interface for Venus, you will deliver our products within health and safety standards to multiple locations which normally vary each day. You will be required to assist maintain your vehicle’s cleanliness and complete delivery documentation as required.
