We take pride in
the service we offer our members and it is critical that our reception team
have sound knowledge of all the products and services available and know
exactly where to find the answers.
You will be
approachable, friendly and professional, able to operate in a fast paced
environment whilst maintain a positive and calm demeanour. Day-to-day tasks
will include: Answering the telephone, manage customer queries and complaints,
booking classes and greeting members as
they enter the club.
