Position: Training Product Manager (Distance & Blended / eLearning) 
Location: London 
Salary: £36k-£42k per annum 


ROLE: 
The Training Product Manager will have responsibility for designing and developing a suite of Distance and Blended Learning courses and managing an eLearning portfolio of courses. They will be the ‘go to’ person in the team for the distance, blended and eLearning courses as well as provide mentoring and guidance to the distance and blended learning specialist. 


RESPONSIBILITIES: 
a) Create an annual distance and blended learning course development and delivery plan. 
b) Manage the design and development of Distance and Blended Learning courses and eLearning Portfolio from topic identification to resources identification and trainer management. 
c) Deliver the courses to agreed deadlines and quality. 
d) Create product briefs for all courses and marketing copy as needed. 
e) Improve and innovate the format of the distance, blended and eLearning content to meet changes in technology and trends and ensure that the courses are engaging and interactive. 
f) Create and manage financial reports including P&Ls and other reporting as needed. 
g) Quality assure courses against a QA plan for content and delivery. 
h) Working with marketing, ensure that there is a strategy to support each of the products. 
i) Work with the sales teams to develop opportunities, complete sales and develop and deliver the product. 
j) Develop and maintain a portfolio of third parties that can be called on to develop and deliver training products. 


ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Experience within a commercial organisation preferably within training or professional services. 
b) Previous experience of developing and implementing training programmes, ideally for Distance, Blended & E-Learning programmes. 
c) Graduate with understanding of the fundamentals of developing training content. 
d) Strong project management skills. 
e) Highly IT literate. 
f) Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills. 
g) Proven ability to achieve financial targets, budget management and planning skills. 


DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 
a) Knowledge of the property and construction industry.
