Person Specification Teaching Assistant – East London

You must be a personable graduate who has the skills to show an understanding and passion for working with SEN pupils. You should have the capability to clearly demonstrate your love of teaching and adopt an empathetic approach to your work. You will arrive with the children’s interests and development at heart, working hard to be a positive role model to all children under your care.

About the Role Teaching Assistant – East London

In this Teaching Assistant position you will be working in a specific class based on your skills, experience, and personal preference. You will work alongside various teachers as you provide whole class support and teachers here will ask you to let them know how you feel the lessons are going and which students are struggling.
