Buyer: Ladies Casualwear – The Role
*Anticipating and meeting the needs of the customer, creating a balanced and innovative range through looking at price point, quality and standards.
*Implementing the strategic direction and financial plans for the range
*Negotiating price, delivery and terms to support business objectives
*Working closely with the merchandiser to balance trading and planning to create timely and exciting ranges for the brand and its global partners
*Working closely with design to capture and develop the latest trends, and with technologists to ensure that fabric and fit satisfies our high quality standards
*Coaching and developing a team of three
Buyer: Ladies Casualwear – The Candidate
*You should be operating at buyer level and have experience gained within a fast paced, high volume women’s fashion retailer.
*You should be highly commercial, creative and be able to demonstrate examples of inspiring your team to greater performance
Buyer: Ladies Casualwear – The Package
*Basic salary of up to £60,000
*Bonus, pension, healthcare
*25 days holiday
