Our client is an award winning Practice offering the core professional disciplines of Building and Quantity Surveying, as recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
They are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyors or similar to carry out project management and contract administration duties on a wide range of social housing, public building and schools projects in their Potters Bar offices.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years’ post-qualification experience of delivering regeneration, planned maintenance and capital expenditure schemes in support of our Registered Social Landlord, Local Authority and Education Commission clients.
Individuals with a background in similar or related professional disciplines should also apply and remuneration will be commensurate with proven ability and experience.
