CRM Manager – High Growth Tech Start Up

Our client, a major Ecommerce brand in Central London, require a CRM Manager to play a key role in a new in-house marketing team, contributing to CRM Marketing activity across Email, Social, SMS, Direct Mail and their Mobile App.

This organisation are the fastest-growing digital business in the UK at the moment, and are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to lead local and global campaigns. This is a brand new position for them, so it’s a great chance for someone to take the step up to a CRM Manager-level position.

You will work with internal teams to determine marketing campaigns and business requirements, oversee data selection and push creative decisions throughout the full lifecycle. The CRM Manager will be highly analytical, being able to use campaign management tools to review execution and campaign reports.

You’ll be an experienced CRM Marketing specialist, with either previous client or stakeholder management experience. You will be comfortable working with technical & data teams, have a strong Email Marketing experience, and ideally you will have worked on international campaigns previously.
