HR Advisor (contract)





I Am Recruiting for an interim HR Advisor for a four-month period, to assist a non-profit organisation based in Central London whilst they go through a departmental restructuring. This is a temporary, four-month contract in the first instance, with the posibility of becoming a permanent position.


This will be a varied role, which will include developing – and advising staff on – specific policies and procedures, handling complex grievance/disciplinary matters, overseeing the internal recruitment process and exploring fresh methods of attracting and retaining new talent to the organisation.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor, with excellent communication skills, diplomacy and tact, and a broad range of HR and HR project-management experience. The client will also consider candidates whose preference is to work a 4-day week…
