Role: Interim Hospital Service Manager (6 month contract)

Location: Enfield, London

Salary: Up to £35,000

Start Date: ASAP

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known provider of learning disabilities and mental health care who have rapidly expanded and are looking for an Interim Hospital Service Manager as the current manager is due to go on maternity leave shortly. This post is likely to be on a 6 month contract but could be extended.

Responsibilities:

.Manage the service effectively, ensuring quality standards are met

.Seek out opportunities for growth

.Ensure individual needs are met by using a person centered approach

.Ensure continued personal development takes place

Requirements:

. RMN/RNLD qualified

. Strong leadership skills

. Experience in managing a home caring for learning disabilities

. Show a genuine interest in the needs of service users

. Ability to work under pressure
