LittleBird is an established and exciting, award-winning e-commerce website offering ideas and savings to the family market. We are looking for a self-motivated and focused Sales Executive to join our growing team and be instrumental in building the go to website for families when they are looking for the best things to do, see and buy.


The Role:


Forging partnerships with an array of businesses and negotiating unbeatable offers on behalf of our subscribers is at the heart of this role. You will be part of a core sales team working with a range of merchants, from unique independent businesses to well-known brands.


Over the past 5 years we have built a brand that is trustworthy, premium and that has an active and engaged audience. There is huge scope to expand the types of inventory we offer to our members. If you are ready to hit the ground running in a role where you can influence your earnings this could be ideal for you.


Background


LittleBird is coming into its fifth year and has grown a large member database that we send daily offers to. Over the past year we have re-built our website to offer a responsive experience to consumers across all devices, with an App planned to launch in the coming months.


The Package:


  • £17-20k basic plus commission (DOE)

You will…


  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contract income for Littlebird to an agreed annual, GM (Gross Margin) target.

  • Own communication with LittleBird potential and already established clients.

  • Successfully deliver the sales process, from open to close and on-boarding;

? Understand and research opportunities


? Liaise with merchant to tailor promotion that suits them


? Account manage merchant partnerships


? Own and develop proposals and presentations


? Close new business


? Own a set of KPI’s


? Manage and report on opportunity pipeline


You will:


  • Possess drive, motivation, a positive attitude and excellent ability.

  • Comfortable with making new business calls

  • Ability to negotiate and drive commercial deals

  • Naturally excellent communicating to all people at all levels.

  • Happiest working on your own initiative, owning your work load with ease.

  • Eligible to work in London, UK.
