Kerman & Co LLP, a mid-sized central London law firm, is looking for a friendly, flexible and positive Office Services/Facilities Assistant to help run its London office.

As a key member of the Support Services team, the person filling this new position will be expected to work autonomously and take responsibility for fulfilling tasks and meeting deadlines, as well as supporting the wider team.

The role will include lifting boxes, moving furniture, climbing ladders and working with cable ties and similar, following risk assessments and with access to suitable equipment.

You will be multi skilled and it would be advantageous to have previous experience in a similar role. Your duties will see you liaising with contractors, conducting fire alarm tests, assisting with office moves and ensuring office supplies are well stocked.

Taking a hands-on approach you will also be responsible for minor fabric works and the safe and efficient use of power tools.

Working hours will be 40 hours per week, including a 1 hour lunch break each day.
