We have an excellent opportunity within our Operations Standards & Training department at Stratford Academy for an Operations Standards Manager.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about operational safety, can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, promotes innovation, has integrity and is focused on achieving excellent results.

The ideal person will be flexible, enthusiastic and a hard working individual with the desire to provide leadership and motivation in such a way that inspires confidence in others which ensures consistent and continuous improvements in safety and performance in line with Abellio Greater Anglia key performance indicators.

You will have proven operational experience, signal sighting competence, good interpersonal skills, Assessor Qualification, a thorough level of Rules & Regulations, and a high level of computer literacy including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher.
