An opportunity has arisen within an Inner London primary school for a fixed term contract of 1 year. The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring and motivated teacher to join our successful team.

This NQT / Newly Qualified Teacher position is a great opportunity to gain a full NQT induction within a supportive school with governors who are committed to CPD. This Ofsted graded Good school caters for over 400 pupils. They are extremely proud of pupil’s progression in English and Mathematics over the last two year this has steadily risen. Teachers provide excellent lessons where work is carefully planned to meet the wide range of needs. Leaders and managers have taken action to eliminate inadequate teaching by involving more staff to routinely check pupils’ learning. The governors at this Primary know the school well, and have helped to build strong partnerships with parents, carers and the local community. Located within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets within easy reach of a number of tube services including Overground and DLR. The school is located within London Travel Zone 2.

This NQT / Newly Qualified Teacher is offered on a permanent basis at Main or Upper Pay Scale – Inner London.

To join the QT community and be successful in this NQT / Newly Qualified Teacher role you will need to:
*Hold QTS or equivalent qualifications that allow you to be placed in schools
*Have effective classroom management
*Build and develop professional relationships with both school staff and students
