Property Manager - Immediate Start!
My client – a very well established property company based in the West end and they specialised in the management of properties throughout Central London on behalf of landlords and investment property owners, are recruiting for a Property Manager.
This fantastic opportunity is a really varied role including duties as follows:
- Management from the day tenants move in, to the day they move out
- Property inspections
- Maintaining detailed records of each property
- General and preventative maintenance co-ordination and management is available as required
- General administration, using outlook and CRM system
- Taking photographs of properties as required
- Managing of deposits
- Carrying out duties in line with legal requirements
You will work in a team of three and within an office that is very well established and prides themselves with excellent working ethics.
