A cracking 2 form entry primary school in the East London borough of Hackney are looking for a reception class teacher to join their Early Years team from September on a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity at a lovely school which is a 5 minute walk from a British Rail station that runs straight out of Liverpool Street.

You will need to have an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how young children learn. They would really like to find a teacher that has been trained in Early Years and they would consider an NQT with good references. You will need to be committed to making learning interesting and fun, have high expectations and a good sense of humour. This is a friendly school, and will have plenty of opportunities for continued professional development in a supportive working environment.

The early years classrooms take up a lovely part of the school with excellent resources and a really spacious outdoor area. The Early Years Coordinator is supportive and the parallel reception class teacher is an outstanding practitioner and could potentially mentor a good NQT. The school is a friendly school where they want teachers to succeed. They know that happy teachers means good teaching!
