Purpose of Role:
To be the face of Blink by welcoming and greeting customers, offering high-quality customer service within a Front of House customer facing role. You are responsible for ensuring that the concession is running efficiently attending to the needs of the customers at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· To check all appointments and transfer them onto a daily sheet
· To organise the daily schedule of clients and therapists
· Deal with all telephone enquiries; to include booking and cancelling appointments and handling customer queries
· Undertake a weekly stock check
· Collate daily figures
· Replenish stock that the Therapists need during the day
· To advise any clients if their therapist is not in that day find alternative therapists to carry out treatments if possible
· To note all therapist’s morning breaks
· Attract new customers through traffic stopping
· To organize walk in clients and try to fit them in around appointments
· To handle all payments for treatments
· To be responsible for maintaining the ‘Black Book’
· Redirect customers to other Blink counters when fully booked
· To ensure that the site is always clean
· Tidy during and at the end of the day i.e. pick up threads, empty bins regularly etc and ensure that the site is always clean and presentable throughout the day
