Shop Assistant - New Wholesale Store - East London

The Role

As a Shop Assistant your main duties will be:

• Providing excellent customer service


• Till use and cash handling


• Visual Merchandising


• Stock replenishment


• Stock ordering


• Bringing in and checking off deliveries


• Taking phone orders


• General warehouse duties


• General Housekeeping


• Heavy lifting will be involved

The Person

For the role of Shop Assistant, you must:

• Have a proven retail or wholesale background


• Be smart and presentable


• Be reliable and trustworthy


• Be flexible as Sunday working is required

The Rewards

You will be paid an hourly wage of £7.50ph and will work 40 hours per week.
The store trades Mon-Fri 10-6 and Sunday 9-3. Due to the nature of the business we are shut every Saturday and all bank holidays. We are closed over the Christmas holidays and this counts towards your holiday entitlement.
