Your Role & You:

• Consists of the ordinary (Staff rotas, stock checks, responsibility for the upkeep of the Store) and more importantly the extraordinary (Motivating staff, effectively dealing with queries, exceeding challenging & realistic targets).


• You will bring to CIGARA experience of operating efficiently in a targeted Sales environment (preferably face to face)


• A minimum of 12 months Supervisory / Management Experience is Essential
