United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive



Salary: £23,206 per annum, plus excellent benefits


Based: London


This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with a talent for building strong working relationships to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive (CEO). They will also support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with managing security for Alert staff globally. Educated to at least undergraduate level, you will need to be an excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing), very computer literate, enthusiastic about Alert’s mission, comfortable with big challenging tasks and small, mundane ones, and able to calmly handle multiple tasks and projects at once. Experience working in an international organisation would be a distinct advantage.
