£27,000 – £28,000 DEPENDING UPON KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

If you hear the word Africa, can you smell the wood smoke and hear the sounds of the bush. If you have experience creating tailor made travel to East or Southern Africa and you are looking to work for a fabulous travel company then this is for you.

Duties include:

*Creating long term relationships with customers
*Using your expert knowledge and personal safari travel experience to advice and guide customers
*Create luxury tailor made journeys
*Provide support pre-during and post travel that drives repeat and referral business

Requirements:

*Experience creating tailor made travel to East or Southern Africa
*The ability to create rapport be it by phone or email and to convert enquiries into repeat and referral customers
*Excellent attention to detail
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
