The Royal College of Surgeons is looking for an outstanding Digital Communications Officer to be responsible for managing projects, running campaigns and inspiring good digital practice across the College.
You will need a good technical grounding, with CMS skills and the ability to troubleshoot HTML – and you need to understand how technology can be used to enhance communications and the College’s strategic objectives. You will be able to plan and execute projects, managing stakeholders and suppliers with confidence and determination.
It’s vital that you have an engaging and accurate written style and will enthusiastically guide and inspire others to do great things online. Your ideas and your knowledge of the digital landscape will ensure the College’s websites are a valued resource for our members and the healthcare community.
You will be joining the college at an exciting time with a digital transformation project in full swing. You will be a vital part of this work, supporting the Head of Digital to maximise the benefits of the College’s new website (launching mid 2016).
