A new role to provide a dynamic service function operating within the departure lounge area. This is an opportunity to engage directly with our customers. Our Customer Experience Hosts will provide a warm and friendly welcome for passengers using London City Airport.
Responsibilities: Enhancing the airports reputation by proactively and warmly meeting and greeting customers.
Pro-actively identify the needs of our customers ensuring that London City Airport is friendly and easy to use.
Ensuring a safe, secure and high quality customer experience through vigilance for security and service quality.
Providing empathetic responses to customer complaints ensuring a satisfactory “win-win” solution.
Work as a team to ensure that a good clear flow of communication about key issues exists between all shifts and team members.
Provide updates to the Customer Service Terminal Manager.
To be conversant with security, flights and retail offer to ensure that customers using London City Airport have a seamless experience.
Experience and Personal Attributes: Good standard of Education. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent)
Experience of working with general public in a customer service environment
Energetic and personable
A “whatever it takes” attitude, with a genuine desire to assist passengers
Excellent inter-personal skills
Hours of Work: Part-time 20 hours per week on a rotating shift system including weekends.
