Award winning, blue chip client with huge scope for explosive growth looking for 3 Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join there already extensive consultancy team. At around 15 employee strong, our client is looking to attract hardworking, competitive and bright consultants with an eye for detail.

Based in central London, our client boasts an extensive client portfolio, itself associated with some of the leading brands in today’s current market. Specialising in the fastest growing recruitment market at the moment, IT, this role gives you the chance to get in before its hit its maximum capacity, and grow your business at the same time.

As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you can expect to take over an already impressive client list, as well as Headhunting bespoke professionals into six figure salaries through executive search, as well as negotiating terms with client and candidate respectively.

As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you can expect astounding incentives and rewards. Realistically, with a base salary of £21,000 negotiable, you have the earning potential to surpass the £40K+ mark in your first year. As well as an already impressive commission structure and an annual bonus, the client also takes its employees on corporate trips quarterly to places including Dubai, Hong Kong and Thailand. They also offer a generous travel expense allowance and monthly lunch clubs for top performers.

The client is looking for people who are preferably Degree qualified, however this is not a prerequisite, as full training is provided. However a genuine desire to succeed is crucial, ambition and a strong work ethic is required, and a willingness to learn is important.
