Chief Operations Officer/ Finance Director:- (Commodity/Metal Trading):-

This small entrepreneurial acquisitive independent Metal Trading company seeks an experienced Finance Director / Chief Operations Officer for a senior role working alongside the CEO/MD overseeing day to day operations of the business. The CEO/MD has an impressive record in the industry.

You will oversee finance, admin and metal trading, reporting on international trades, providing the CEO/MD with all key information to progress and grow the business. The CEO/MD is looking for an experienced senior professional from the metal trading industry seeking an exciting challenge who can share his vision and ambition.

The role will be all-encompassing and hands-on. As well as managing the business, the role will include recruiting a growing team, bank and funding presentations, cash flow management, managing cash calls, reporting on trades, liaison with investors and mines, budgeting, statutory reporting, liaising with auditors and managing international risk.

Hands-on experience as a Finance Director or COO in Commodity Trading or Metal Trading is essential. A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA) is preferred, although others with relevant experience will be considered. . Excellent opportunity in an entrepreneurial business.
