Out Top 50 UK Client has a new requirement for a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer to join the Firm in their London office. Due to a continued period of growth and new business instructions from this practice area, they seek a Senior Associate to enhance their client capabilities.

You will have a background in providing solution focussed advice to clients of differing sizes, from multi nationals, challenger banks, and smaller credit providers.

This client has International offices so your Regulatory knowledge is required to be up-to date and cover both UK and EU directives. Exposure to recent transactional work affecting FS businesses will be beneficial here, so experience gained with a City Practice, in-house or with the Regulator (FCA/PRA preferably). Ultimately, your attention to detail regarding both existing and upcoming regulatory matters is key, and the ability to translate this into workable for solutions for client. They are interested in any FS Regulatory experience, Retail or Wholesale
