Our client is a full service research agency, based in the heart of London. They boast modern, open plan offices and a friendly, professional working environment. They certainly know how to enjoy what they do and deliver high quality work. They are now looking to take on a Research Manager to work in their Media & Digital team. This is a fast-paced team, with some fantastic clients and a great variety of work. Candidates who are at SRE level looking to step up or established RMs will be considered.

The Role
In this role, you be working across a variety of projects (both ad hoc and tracking) within quantitative research methods. You will take on responsibility for writing proposals and presenting new ideas to your Directors for how a project could be tackled. You will then have responsibility for overseeing the project through it’s life cycle, managing more junior executives and ensuring that the project is delivered on spec and within budget and time frames.
This is a client facing role, where you will be tasked with developing strong client relationships and encouraging repeat business. A key part of the role will be to deliver insightful presentations, with a clear action plan for your clients to implement.
You will be able to work with a range of client within the media and digital space – and so a keen interest in this area is a must.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a strong quantitative from a research or media agency, or media owner. You will be comfortable designing research programmes, drafting proposals, writing questionnaires, overseeing projects, analysis and reporting. You will have experience in presenting to clients and taking them through the findings. You will have worked across both ad hoc and tracking projects. Experience working with media and digital clients is an advantage.
