Service Manager for Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV - Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust - London
GSTT integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and HIV services are currently looking for a service manager who is a visionary leader and role model to join our proactive and dedicated teams. The role requires travelling to several locations across the Trust both in community and hospital settings. The post holder will demonstrate an understanding of the SRH and HIV local and national agendas and the needs of our local communities. They will have the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with patients, colleagues, external partners and commissioners. They will be responsible for the performance of the service and staff they are managing. They will ensure se departments are compliant with the delivery of strategic and financial targets. Exceptional leadership, planning and organisational skills are crucial to enable the successful candidate to contribute alongside the operational team on leading change management and define the future direction of our services. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure in order to effectively manage conflicting workloads and changeable services demands.
