We are looking for a range of enthusiastic, vibrant and creative staff with the skills and experience to help us in our ambitions.
You will be joining a well-resourced service that has an excellent relationship and partnership with schools, particularly SENCos; health colleagues, families and our parent carer forum. We also have a disabled young people’s board to advise us.
We have learned from working with our partners what works and what doesn’t work well and are keen to put this into practice.

For these roles – we are looking for people who can build and maintain good relationships with parents and with children, and with young people to ensure that they can co-produce their plans. You will need to be able to work closely with schools or colleges and other partners and to run person-centred planning meetings. You will need to hold schools and colleges to account where necessary and challenge partners to be ambitious for children and young people. You will also need to have knowledge of the Children and Families Act and SEND Code of Practice
For the 16-25 post – you will need to be able to engage with young people directly and to work with partners, including Adult Social Care where necessary to support challenging and ambitious outcomes for young people.
