Job Role:

The company is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to help the management of their small and successful training business.

This role will take on responsibility for working with a number of key clients, ensuring that their ongoing Training delivery and development is in hand, progressing and keeping the training team organised and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

The job is varied and offers someone with great operational skills and an eye for detail a significant opportunity to work with the company’s blue chip corporate clients and help deliver some significant training projects.

The Candidate:

• The person will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and must have a really good eye for detail.


• Great client facing skills are a must, so a great communicator, comfortable handling meetings and experience of the training sector is a huge advantage.


• The role will also have a project management requirement so someone who has experience in project management (Prince II is not a must have but would be useful) will be able to support the delivery of a range of projects.
