Vice Chancellor’s Senior Research Fellow or Research Fellow in Integrated Health (3 posts)

Full time, fixed term (3 years)

Salary: Grade 7 £38,896 – £47,801 per annum; Grade 6 £33,574 – £37,768 per annum

To further strengthen our world-leading research areas we are investing to develop exciting opportunities in multi-disciplinary research.

The Integrated Health and Social Care multidisciplinary research theme is a university wide initiative which draws together ground-breaking research focused on providing interventions that optimise the health and well-being of individuals and groups throughout the life-course.

You will work with expert researchers in the Integrated Health and Social Care theme in one of the following areas:

• Department of Psychology


• Department of Social Work and Communities


• Department of Education and Lifelong Learning


• Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your extensive knowledge and subject expertise through individual and collaborative academic activity. Successful candidates will be selected according to the excellence of their research profile and plans, and the extent to which their research interests complement the Integrated Health and Social Care theme.

The Fellowship will be for three years in the first instance with the expectation of progression to a permanent academic position at the end of the Fellowship subject to satisfactory progress.
