Assistant Manager / Manager - Lagu - London SW11

We are looking for a creative and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in the running of our neighborhood Japanese cafe/restaurant.

Cafe Lagu is a neighbourhood Japanese cafe and brasserie style restaurant established in 2013. We are currently looking for a passionate hospitality expert who is looking for a new challenge with a unique opportunity to grow within an established professional environment.

The Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager for us will have:
Current / previous experience working as a Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast paced hospitality environment,
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry,
Good knowledge of Japanese food and culture,
Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations, and
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work on their own initiative, calmly and when under pressure.
