OVERVIEW
The world leader in customer loyalty management can’t stop growing and as a result one of their incredible teams is looking for an experienced Data Services Manager to ensure Data Quality stays optimum during growth. This is a unique opportunity to be responsible for the control of a mass amount of Data and nurture two Data Quality Analysts at the same time.
YOUR ROLE
As the Data Services Manager you will:
- Manage two brilliant Data Quality Analysts who will be responsible for Data Profiling and Data Cleansing
- Define, improve and manage the Data Governance Framework
- Implement and monitor Data Controls and take responsibility for tracking Data, understanding its purpose, location and who has access
- Act as SME for Data Quality, answer all data questions and monitor Data life-cycle whilst providing suggestions for quality improvement
- Build a strong relationship with the Security Team and ensure compliance with security policies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
As the Successful Data Services Manager you will:
- Have extensive experience developing, implementing and maintaining a Data Governance Framework
- Be highly knowledgeable of Data Protection and Data Privacy policies
- Be a fountain of Data knowledge and be able to explain its journey and status through the business
- Be brilliant with Data Quality tools and techniques
- Be technically strong with previous experience of Data Warehousing and Oracle/SQL
