Financial Controller - Property Group - W London upto £75k
Executive Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join a highly successful property group in West London.
The position of Financial Controller is permanent and represents an excellent opportunity to build a career within one of the UKs most successful property groups.
The role will pay up to £75000 plus an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 9 staff (4 qualified, 5 non qualified)
- Overseeing the preparation of financial and management accounts
- All aspects of property accounting
- Managing the audit process
- Assisting with tax structuring for the group
- Providing commercial support for both finance and non finance directors across the business
Successful candidates must hold an accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred) along with an excellent academic background and previous experience in the property sector.
