Position:Financial Promotions
Location: London
Salary: £500 – £700 per day

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest Global Asset Managers as a technical Financial Promotions expert.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* You will approve a wide variety of client communications and financial promotions for use in the UK, continental Europe, and Asia.
* You will support the marketing functions in the Retail business by providing advice, guidance and training where required.
* You will be responsible for ensuring that changes in legislation, regulatory guidance, or general commercial practice in local jurisdictions is captured and communicated to the marketing functions in a timely manner. This includes seeking and interpreting local counsel advice where required.
* You will provide support for projects that relate to marketing such as new country launches and new marketing activities.
* You will work with and support the wider compliance department where required.

Role Essentials:

* Technical knowledge of financial promotions absolutely key.
* Work experience in a similar role within compliance.
* Previous knowledge of products.
* Ability to analyse and interpret rules and published guidance from the regulator and other relevant bodies.
* Experience applying the financial promotion requirements for marketing in Europe and Asia would be a distinct advantage.
