The current position we are offering is with an exciting, young company based in the City of London. They are planning a rapid period of expansion and are looking for hungry, recent graduates to join their highly regarded team. Specialising in the finance and accounting sector and with a well-regarded training programme, you would quickly become an expert in your specific sector.

What recruitment consultancy involves:

Recruitment consultancy is a direct sales role. It has the highest on target earnings in the sales industry and is seen as the pinnacle of a sales career. The position is the full 360 role and will involve vetting CVs, interviewing candidates, liaising with existing clients, business development, advertising jobs and networking. Recruitment is an industry built on relationships so being sociable and being able to build rapport are two necessary skills.

Previously successful candidates tend to:

• Be well educated (2:1 degree level or higher)

• Have previous B2B sales experience
