Axon Moore is an expanding UK wide recruitment company with an impressive team of highly experienced and committed Consultants. Specialising in the finance and accounting markets and at the Executive level, we operate from 7 offices nationwide and can offer the best of both worlds: the personal feel of a boutique with the network of a PLC.

We have ambitious growth plans and we are looking to further strengthen our team in our Mayfair offices by recruiting a competitive and talented Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

You will be provided with the support and direction to develop your recruitment career, initially supporting multiple recruitment campaigns with key clients. Your goal is to build and manage a portfolio of clients within a market specialism.

A target focused graduate with ambition, drive and a strong work ethic, you will possess excellent presentation and communication skills and be credible and confident in interfacing at all levels. You will enjoy taking responsibility and working with autonomy within a team. You will have a strong academic background, with a practical and common sense approach, and a natural competitive nature.

Successful applicants will have a minimum 2.1 at degree level. Ideally, you will also have a minimum of a year’s sales experience within a customer facing role.
