£20k basic+ uncapped commission structure

What does the job involve?

– Sales- you will be developing new clients and finding out about their recruitment needs

– Proactive sourcing- you will need to target suitable candidates for the roles you have

– Interviewing- you will be meeting potential candidates to find out if they match your clients needs

Training

We have a track record of recruiting graduates/ entree level sales people and teaching them how to sell. Our dedicated Training Academy combines classroom training alongside desk side coaching gives you the tools to help you sell.
