Junior Sommelier – Private Members Club – London
We are looking for a Junior Sommelier to work within London’s most Exclusive Private Members Club, they are looking for some to join their team and gain experience within the Club.
Hours per week – 40 (split shift duty), Monday through Friday (some weekends business depending)
Holidays – 20 days per year including bank holiday and Christmas.
Benefits – uniform, meals on duty, service charge paid out every quarter, enrolment onto Christmas fund
Necessary qualification – W.S.E.T qualified, level 3 and upwards
Salary – £17,000 – £18,000 depending on experience
Other criteria, looking for previous experience preferable from 5 star Hotel background or Michelin star level restaurant.
Must be proactive self-starter.
