Our client, a well known media organisation is looking for a committed HR Reward Business Partner
You will be working in a high performance culture – so this would suit an ambitious, motivated HR Professional with a commercial outlook


The Role;


Develop and implement consistent remuneration policies, practices and procedures


Provide market data and salary recommendations for ongoing HR processes to enable consistent and appropriate reward decisions
Support the review of current remuneration and bonus structures and programmes and help to develop a reward strategy to support a performance based culture
Manage the annual review process for employees pay and bonus including benchmarking and analytics
Create performance and reward and remuneration guidelines for HR and managers and employees
Provide analytical support for ongoing monitoring of all key HR and Reward metrics
Develop and maintain an effective reporting suite and pan-regional dashboard for comprehensive analytics and metrics to support HR strategy and drive a high performance culture

Degree educated – or similar proven work experience in a commercial matrix organisation
