A new opportunity has arisen for an established Showroom / Store Manager to join this International designer furniture company at their store in South London.

The company is well known for their acclaimed designer furniture pieces and the company continues to celebrate ongoing success.

The Showroom / Store Manager will join the team at the well established showroom in South London. The showroom is very busy and supplies directly to the retail customer.

The role will involve managing a small team of 3 staff including a deputy manager. The focus will be on mentoring and developing the teams strengths and ensuring that the store works hard as a collective to hit sales targets.

This is very much a role that requires the Showroom / Store Manager to lead from the front. You will need to be happy to work on the shop floor with staff to lead by example and ensure that staff are not missing a sales opportunity. You will need to be a confident and articulate communicator with sound negotiation skills.

Customers look to the brand for style and interior advice and therefore the manager will need to come from a design focused interiors background.

Experience and exposure to the interior designer and architect industries would be hugely beneficial.

This is an exciting role for someone who is looking for a new career challenge within the designer furniture / interiors industry. A competitive salary and package is on offer along with a commission scheme on top.(adding a further £7000 – £10,000 on top of basic)
